Mr. Showri Reddy, the Founder and Managing Director of Pooja Ventures Pvt. Ltd., is the man behind the firm's success. Mr. Reddy has over 15 years of business exposure and has a business graduation to his credit. He is committed to providing superior service and an unwavering dedication to his clients.

Mr. Hemachander Reddy is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of business operations. He has to his credit a rich experience of 25 years that has helped him play a crucial role in anchoring the firm to realize its full potential by closely working with the Managing Director.

Mr. Kiran Basani has an MBA with management information systems from a German university. He has over 7 years of experience in Manufacturing, Consulting & Information Technology. He is currently the Executive Director of the company. Mr. Basani has earlier worked with Fresenius AG, Germany and Deloitte Consulting LLP. He has undertaken various consulting projects in the U.S, Germany, Hong Kong, China, Korea, France, Pune as well as Mumbai.
