Mr. V.S.Reddy is the Joint Managing Director of Pooja Ventures and has over 13 years in the real estate industry. Being a civil engineer he handled many layout projects in Hyderabad. He plays a vital role in taking strategic decisions along with the managing director.

Mr. Reddy worked independently in selling prestigious layouts & flats in and around hyderabad prior to joining Pooja Ventures. In the year 2006, he merged his business with the company and played a key role in Pooja Ventures growth.

Mr. Joji Reddy is the promoter Director. With his rich experience in academics and managerial skills he helps the board to focus on the issues on hand and reach balanced conclusions.

Mr. Hemachander Reddy is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of business operations. His rich experience of 25 years helped him play a crucial role in anchoring the organization to realize its full potential by closely working with the Managing Director.

Mr.Kumar has an entrepreneurial style and spirit. He has the ability to work well during challenging situations and adapt easily to the changing situations and priorities. His responsibilities include managing projects outside Andhra Pradesh. He was able to prioritize and tackle multiple tasks during his stint with Nitesh Estates, Bangalore.

Mr. Kiran Basani has an MBA with management information systems from Germany university. He has over 7 years of experience in Manufacturing, Consulting & Information Technology. He is currently the Executive Director of the company and his responsibilities include Information Technology, Human Resources and Corporate Communications. Kiran has earlier worked with Fresenius AG, Germany and Deloitte Consulting LLP. He has undertaken various consulting projects in the U.S, Germany, Hong Kong, China, Korea, France, Pune and Mumbai.
