Shipping & Returns :

Shipping Policy :

  • Post-order, your ordered product(s) will be delivered within 5-7 working days.

Note: Working days do not include Sundays & any public holiday prescribed by Govt. of India.

  • Our shipping is available PAN India. We do not offer international shipping.

  • After the order ships, buyers will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track their package status.

  • Free shipping is available PAN India. The Express Delivery option is available and will cost an extra charge of Rs.199/-

  • Orders with the express delivery option get shipped within 2-4 working days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • In case the recipient is unavailable, the courier partner may contact them and ask for a re-attempt on a further date possible.

  • If the courier partner cannot connect with the recipient in case of their unavailability, the package will be sent back to the warehouse.

  • If the buyer wants to change or modify the address, it should be intimated within 4 hours of order placement.

  • Free cancellation is available before dispatching.

  • Cancellation charges may apply if the order is already dispatched.

  • We can cancel an order if the delivery address is at an unserviceable location.

  • Delays that occurred due to unforeseen events such as natural calamities, unavailability of the recipient, extreme weather conditions are not warranted under the provisions of shipping policy.

Return & Exchange Policy :

  • Once the product is delivered there is a 2-day return window provided to the buyer.

  • Post the return window if there is an issue with the product or if any assistance is required please feel free to contact us at "". Our team will be happy to assist you.

  • The buyer has the option to ask for either return or a replacement for the product within the return window.

  • The packaging, bill, and contents of the package should be intact in order to be eligible for return. The package shall not be eligible for return if the product has been tampered with or has been damaged by the buyer.

  • In order to avail of a return, the buyer must notify us at with the email subject ‘Return and Order ID’.

  • In case of a refund, the amount will be transferred to the buyer’s bank account and the same will be reflected in 7-8 business days.

  • We shall reserve the right to restrict the exchange of any item purchased if the buyer in any way tampers with the product or damages it.

  • A return will not be available if product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.

  • Courier charges shall be borne by customer for return/replacement, in case of factors covered under the warranty terms.

  • Cancellations request will not be entertained if the orders have already been dispatched to the customers, courier charges in such cases shall be applicable.
